What a week...or two?

I think I've mentioned before (seriously what's wrong with my memory?) how much I love Autumn Winter styling..actually one of my favourite buyerships was when I was buying knitwear for dotti..so you can imagine how ridiculously happy I have been the last couple of weeks as the gorgeous new Autumn Winter pieces have been trickling into Tiger and Goat.  The best part of this job (one of many!!) is that I get to try on everything first while unpacking all of the new goodies for the store..and sometimes they even make it onto the shop floor. A beautiful friend of mine who has amazing personal style got Tiger and Goat on to this label last year (thank you darling)...and we have never looked back.  The quality is amazing; the prints are always fabulous; the palette is wearable; the cuts are flattering..and for all of this goodness the prices are super reasonable. 

Throw into the mix that this label is now expanding into denim (yippee - March delivery) that looks just as brilliant as the tops..and that my friends makes us very happy campers.

As I type this post today I am wearing my favourite shirt from last season which just so happens to be from Danish label Rabens Saloner..Me Loves.  One of the many things I really love about this ultracool laid back label that calls Copenhagen home is the effortlessness of each and every piece.  Oh it's also not fad driven so you can wear pieces from previous collections over and over again without looking like some fashion victim..the fabrics are divine..the colours are so yummy and oh well really where do I stop?  Rabens Saloner it's love. Gat Rimon

It's cold here today in Melbourne, right in the heart of Summer..and while this would normally make me a little sad today I am actually really excited as it means I can happily wear some of the new delicious Autumn Winter styles that have already arrived at T&G.  

First on my want list is anything from French label Gat Rimon - effortless transeasonal pieces that are simply timeless.  I always receive compliments whenever I wear this Parisian label as the cuts are flattering; the fabrics are plush and the styling is sophisticated without being stuffy. Dress it up or dress it down - the choice is yours.  Perfect. Xx

Ksubi's Autumn Winter 13 collection AD/BC has been much anticipated by me ever since I went and saw it mid last year.  Ksubi are a very exciting brand as far as I'm concerned..they have the right amount of cool mixed with the right amount of directional edge plus throw into this combination some very wearable tee's that can be dressed up or down and you have all your fashion boxes ticked.  Be quick though my friends as their pieces wont hang round for long.
